A Petly Portal is a personal website that gives you secure online access to your pet's health care information. Your Petly Portal helps you manage your pet's health care, medication schedule, communicate with us online, and learn more about your pet's individual health care.

You can also sign up by visiting our hospital or calling us on the phone at (203) 846-3495​​​​​​​. Just give the receptionist your email address and tell them you would like to sign up for your petly portal. Once you provide us with your email address you'll receive your petly portal password by email.
