Emergencies

During regular hospital hours, call us at 203-846-3495. In the case of an emergency, we will see your pet immediately. Please call first to let us know that you are coming. This will save precious minutes in preparing for your critical pet's arrival.

Doctors' Appointment Hours

Monday and Thursday 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Saturday 9 AM to 1:30 PM
We see patients by appointment only. Arrangements can also be made to drop off your pet and leave him with us for an appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For your pet's safety we request your dog to be leashed and your cat brought in a carrier.

 

Day Patient, Surgery & Dentistry Admission Hours

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM

Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. All pets admitted for day procedures must be current on their vaccinations.

 

Hospitalization

Inquiries concerning hospitalized pets should be made after 9 AM Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, we will call you with a hospital report. If there is a change of a critical nature, the doctor will contact you immediately. Since we do not have an overnight staff, we may recommend that critical pets be transferred to a 24 hour facility for overnight care. Visitation is allowed and often encouraged. Please check with the attending doctor for more information.

 

Fees

Full payment for services is due at the end of each office visit, when your hospitalized pet is discharged or your pet is picked up after surgery, dentistry or other day procedures. A deposit may be required on hospitalized pets. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit cards. CareCredit can also be applied for at our practice.

 

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share client information. We do occasionally work with animal health companies to offer discount coupons and other promotions for products and services that we believe are beneficial to our patients. We do not disclose your personal information.
